By accessing or using WARKAP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Role
WARKAP is a listing and discovery platform connecting buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals worldwide. WARKAP is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction.
3. Membership and Payments
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Listing price limits and active duration vary by membership tier as described on our Membership Plans page.
4. Home Exchange Program
For the Home Exchange feature, WARKAP facilitates introductions only. Key handover and all liability for the property during any exchange period is the sole responsibility of the participating members under their own private agreement. WARKAP bears no responsibility for the exchange and charges no additional fee for this service.
5. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate listing and identity information. WARKAP reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or misuse the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
WARKAP provides tools such as cost calculators and market data for informational purposes only. These do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified local professional before making a property decision.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WARKAP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
